I contacted Sharif a few months after finding out that I was going to be a dad for the first time.

I couldn't bare the idea of being a new father that had "let himself go" like so many of the new fathers that I had seen around me.

I also had a holiday a few months away, which I was motivated to get into (or as close to) beach body ready as possible.

Through Sharif’s coaching methods I have learnt that consistency is key. We are all human and want to enjoy life's guilty pleasures, however it is not the end of the world if you "fall off the wagon" once in a while.

The key is making a nutrition and training plan that fits around your lifestyle and goals. Once this was in place it gave me a healthy training/nutrition and lifestyle balance.

Initially I feared the nutritional aspect of the programme would be arduous! However, once I was in the swing of it the process quickly became very rewarding especially when I began to see the results.

I still have a way to go to hit my next goal, but Sharif has given me the tools and the mindset I need to confidently make adjustments to my diet and training regime to get to where I want to be.
